Managed critical relationships between the MINI Design Studio, BMW DesignWorks and marketing in developing on-brand, MINI-specific aftermarket products for EU and US markets.
At the time there was an incomplete offering of MINI accessories resulting in a lot of third-party manufacturers filling the gap. MINI customers love accessorizing and making the car their own, often in the British and Racing traditions and beyond.

We developed 4 distinctive lines - Essential Black, Speedwell Blue, Vivid Green and John Cooper Works - catering to key customer segments. I worked as the connector between product management, BMW DesignWorks and the brand studio to ensure that designs were on-brand and met all premium quality requirements.
